January 1st burst onto the scene with a whirlwind of activity – the aftermath of celebrations, holiday vibes still in the air, and the promise of a new chapter. Amidst the festive cleanup, I mindfully tackled my food log (not great dietary choices, but a good start). While I did experience a positive difference, I acknowledge the need to elevate my intake and track it more diligently. Weekends, true to their khaotic nature, presented a dynamic challenge, teeming with tasks that often exceed realistic accomplishment. Time management during these busy periods became a new focal point, now demanding a better prioritization approach. Despite a few unmet goals, navigating social scenes without the unnecessary cocktail was an empowering triumph – a promising sign that this aspect of my quest might just be a breeze! However, the weekend hustle definitely adds a turbulent twist to my journey.

Despite the scale remaining steadfast, the positive changes are unmistakable – a lighter and more comfortable feeling in my clothes, a hydrated and radiant skin glow. Intermittent fasting, maintained diligently, except for just one slip, has highlighted my nutritional shortcomings rather than caloric deficits.
